Polk County’s Official Community Choice Awards, the Best of the Best, recognized Novus Spine & Pain Center as the Best Vascular Vein Clinic for 2018. The “Best of the Best” is Polk County’s Official Community Choice Awards.
The awards presentation ceremony was well attended by dignitaries and local business leaders. Brian Burns, publisher of The Ledger said, “The people in this room are the leaders of the Polk County business community and responsible for its continued growth.”
Upon winning the award, Dr. Ben Torres thanked his wife and staff saying, “We could not have done it without my top-notch crew! Without you, we would not have won this award.”
Best of the Best Selection Process
Nominees were selected through online and mail-in voting in June with three finalists chosen in July. The Ledger insured fair voting with specialized computer software. Burns said over 326,000 votes were cast in both rounds of voting.
The Best of Best awards recognize firms in numerous business categories. In addition to health, the categories include clothing, dining, education, and services.
Being nominated is a mark of respect by the community, patients, and friends of the Novus Spine & Pain vein center. And, being selected as one of the three finalists is a genuine distinction. Winning is truly an honor. Dr. Torres and other winners of the night attributed their recognition to the personal attention and service provided to the community.
Dr. Torres also thanked all who participated in the Awards saying, “Thank you to everyone that voted.”
